What do you charge for delivery?

We have two options for you to choose from, Royal Mail 2nd Class which is £2.99 or Royal Mail 1st Class which is £3.99.

When will you dispatch my order?

We dispatch all orders either the same day or the next working day if ordered before 7pm. Orders after 7pm will be dispatched the next working day.

When will I receive my order?

If you choose Royal Mail 2nd Class the estimated arrival time is 2-4 business days and 1st Class is 1-2 business days.

What if there's a problem with my order?

If there's any problem at all with your order, just contact us via sales@saferleads.co.uk and we will give you the option of either a full refund including p+p or to receive a replacement. We understand shopping online can sometimes feel daunting, that's why we strive to offer the best customer service possible.
